Beth Zamichow works with individuals and groups teaching pilates, fitness, body alignment, and movement in private and corporate settings.
Beth's passion is in helping and inspiring people to become more aware of their bodies, improve their posture, and increase strength, balance and flexibility. Students and clients learn how to fully, and correctly activate and engage deep muscles to achieve greater tone and muscular symmetry.
Beth's vast knowledge enables her to work with people of all ages, fitness levels and physical challenges.
